Kathy Griffin co-hosted the live coverage of the Times Square ball drop with Anderson Cooper. As soon as the camera cut to the audience marveling at the Swarovski crystal ball, Griffin pulled her biggest trick yet. Cooper was so surprised that all he could say was, ”Are you freaking kidding me?” Anyone who was watching the duo can see how awkward Cooper felt. To make up for the situation he took out a sign that said ‘No Nudity’ and tried covering Griffin with it, before handing the sign over to her.

Barbara Walter’s Most Fascinating Person of 2011 is none other than the late Apple co-founder, Steve Jobs. After battling cancer for some time, Jobs passed away in October this year. Barbara said in her special that Jobs embodies qualities one rarely see in one person.

Another sad day to the film industry. Harry Morgan dies at his Los Angeles home, age 96. Morgan was recently treated for pneumonia and it’s been reported by AP that his death was caused by complications from it.

Harry Morgan whose well-known for his iconic role as Col. Sherman Potter for 10 seasons on M*A*S*H on the CBS network. Morgan won an Emmy in 1980 for his outstanding portrayal of the upstanding commander officer of a U.S. Mobile Army Surgical Hospital during the Korean War. After announcing back in October that she has breast cancer, E! host Guiliana Rancic has decided to undergo a double mastectomy after learning that other treatments didn’t get all the cancer out. This is a drastic and controversial decision. Women with breast cancer choosing to have both breasts removed isn’t a popular option, yet.

Earlier today on the TODAY show, she told anchor Ann Curry: ” I’m going to go ahead and move forward with a double mastectomy.”  Bill Rancic, her husband, accompanied her on the TODAY show to make this announcement. Last night’s episode of Dexter entitled ‘Richocet Rabbit,’ has got me on the edge of my seat. Literally. Let’s go over the highlights (in my opinion) of the episode.
