Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard Law School professor and political activist, guests on The Daily Show with John Stewart to promote his latest book, Republic Lost.

Lessig, 50, is best known for his contribution for a reduced legal restrictions on copyright, trademark, radio frequency spectrum, especially in technology applications. With a Second Constitutional Convention, he has called for state-based activism to promote government reform.
On the subject of Occupy Wall Street, Lawrence Lessig comments that the movement has undersold it’s slogan. He says that based on funding campaigns, the slogan should be changed to ‘We are the 99.75%.’
