		<description>Personally, I don't buy it. I think, as in the past, Kramer was probably told to apologize or he would be sued. What happened was simply the truth came out when Frank's filter was down due to his drinking. This has happened before with revelations about his ex-wife, and Kramer was forced to apologize on air for those comments.</description>
